Avoid datapacket, belive me!!!
DataPacket.net is the WORST hosting experience I have ever had. No response to any
support questions in over a month!! I sent E-mails, made many phone calls, and left lots of
messages. NO Response at all!
My websites went down all the time. Features and services were constantly down or not
working!
Their site claims:
"Customer Service - Our Customer Support staff is ready to assist you 24 hours, 7 days a
week. Our Hosting Experts will answer any questions you may have until you are comfortable
that they are resolved and in a positive and prompt manner."
All lies! They never even responded to my questions.
Stay away from DPN (datapacket.net) at all costs!
They are owned by Brian Bennett. <---- Bad
*I am including this on more boards to warn others so they won't have to go through what I
did.
P.S. This web site is under construction. I will soon (for 2-3 days) update it. I started this page on 17. May 2008 17:31 (Eeuropian time), and this page can be deleted only if datapacket.net << link send me a databse backup file, and (datapacket.net) pay me 400 $, which is price that i have to pay to my web designer to design me a new webpage, plus that i lost all of my data, i dont have forum post (no database), i don't have anything, i have to start all over again. So, this is a first action (I even said them that i will start some actions against them), firt step, first warning - avoid datapacket.net like plauge!!!
There are maybe some spelling mistakes, sorry.
This page will be removed for 400$ (amends) from datapacket.net
I just want that one thing is clear. This web page is not a threat to datapacket.net, or any threat at all.
Everything is made in a good will, because nobody should go thru this what I have. This is a warning to avoid datapacket.net << link (avoidatapacket.net). I have evidences, just look aroud!
So, this is a first action (I even said them that i will start some actions against them), firt step, first warning - avoid datapacket.net like plauge!!! So, don't say that I did not warn you!
Support ticketing - no response x5 !

I had 5 opened support ticket width no response in 4 days! First it was everything ok, but then database problem no1, no2...
And offcourse there was apsolutley no responce. Angry, and unhappy i started this page. Avoid datapacket.net like plague ! Just Google it, and see for your self!

...and counting. They did not resolve this problem. It was like thif for abouth a month before I left them. What is worst, I could not restore my database, because I could not connect to database, there was no database! I left widouth everything. Now I have to start again, but first I will warn all of you: "Avoid datapacket.net like plague !"

...but then problems, problems, problems. They lost my data several times, database malfunctions 4 times! Do I need to say something more? Just look how my webpage look for a whole month! I even call them, no response, just answering machine!!! Nothing, support 0 (ZERO)!!! Belive me, avoid datapacked.net like plague!
